Yoga has given me strength, deepened my flexibility, improved muscle tone in my body that I can see and feel, and helped me develop better balance. I started Yoga at age 51. I wish I had started it at 16. It can prevent so many injuries. I was looking for something to enhance my other activities. WOW! Yoga has not only challenged me physically but has truly given me the results I was searching for. Yoga has also brought me back to my body and the simple important things in life like breathing, calmness within, peace, joyfulness, and remembering each day is a new day and a gift.

When I started Yoga I had high blood pressure, arrhythmia, and vertigo. That was six years ago. Now I’m 35 lbs lighter and in great health. Also, all back pain from a car accident has disappeared.

Since starting Yoga and strengthening my core, my back pain has been greatly reduced. The breathing techniques taught in class have been very beneficial for my biking – especially on those hills!

With Yoga, I was fit during and after my pregnancy. It spiritually centers me and physically strengthens me. Overall, I feel amazing when I do Yoga.

Yoga saved my life! Both, emotionally and physically, I absolute crave it now.
